Guided, non-therapeutic ROM exercises and encouragement of safe activity as directed by the care plan.

Medication Reminders

Prompting and cueing to take prescribed medications on schedule (no medication administration).

Noting vital observations and promptly communicating concerns to supervising clinical staff and family as appropriate.
